LPM: French Riviera cooking in Back Bay

LPM Restaurant & Bar opened Sept. 28 on the second floor of Four Seasons Hotel One Dalton Street, at 1 Dalton St., according to the hotel's announcement. Head chef Gabriela Guitron leads the kitchen at the group's first Northeast restaurant.

The menu includes prawns with olive oil and lemon, escargot with garlic butter and parsley, and salt-baked sea bass. The hotel lists dinner service from 5:30 to 10 p.m.

Celine: French-Canadian food in Fort Point

Celine has opened at 324 A St., in the former Blue Dragon space. Nathan Tavares reported Sept. 29 that the 80-seat restaurant's kitchen is led by Joe Cooke, formerly of Viale.

The menu includes poutine made with beef-tallow fries, cheese curds and gravy, as well as duck cassoulet. Celine's website lists dinner from 4 to 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 4 to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday.

Lockheart: a restaurant returns to Newton Centre's station

Lockheart has opened its second restaurant at 70 Union St., inside Newton Centre's former train station. Joanna K. Tzouvelis reported Sept. 30 that the building had been vacant for four years.

The Southwestern menu includes tacos, bowls and shared plates. The restaurant's website says the bar opens at 4 p.m. daily, closing at 11 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and midnight Friday and Saturday. The kitchen closes at 10 p.m.

Lockheart Newton: menu and hours

Zhu: dim sum in the former Lir space

Chef Joanna Zhu's restaurant at 903 Boylston St. was in a soft opening when Jillian Dara reported on it Oct. 1. Zhu occupies the former Lir space in Back Bay.

The menu described in that report includes handmade braised noodles, Boston lobster and slow-braised pork belly, alongside dim sum.

Bloom: tea and cocktails in the Seaport

Bloom is operating at 60 Seaport Blvd., in the building's atrium under the escalator. Its official website, checked Oct. 9, lists service from 11 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and from 5 to 11 p.m., with Mondays closed.

The business describes daytime matcha and tea drinks and evening cocktails. Nathan Tavares' Oct. 5 report described a limited opening menu, with food service to follow.
