Portsmouth's Historic District Commission agenda for Oct. 7 does not list 62 Daniel St., the former Thomas J. McIntyre Federal Building site, even though the owner had asked to move the project's work session to that night. Developer Anthony DiLorenzo now says his team will show new design options on Oct. 14.

On the city's Sept. 2 agenda, 80 D Street LLC, the owner on the application, asked to postpone the 62 Daniel St. work session to the commission's Oct. 7 meeting. The plan covers renovations to the McIntyre building and three new multi-story buildings. The Oct. 7 agenda lists work sessions for 163 Deer St., 413 Islington St., and 134 Pleasant St. instead.

DiLorenzo told the Portsmouth Herald, "after nearly three months of design review and refinement, my design team will present architectural style options for the proposed mixed-use building at Penhallow and Bow streets."

The city has not posted its Oct. 14 agenda, so it is not yet clear whether the commission will take up the site that night.
