Moses Brown beat East Greenwich 2-0 for the Rhode Island Division I field hockey championship Sunday, Nov. 1, while Lincoln defeated Cumberland 1-0 in the Division II final.

Both games were scheduled at Bayside Field at Roger Williams University. The Rhode Island Interscholastic League's Division I bracket records the Moses Brown win, and its Division II bracket records Lincoln's victory.

Moses Brown entered as the top seed and East Greenwich as the second seed. Moses Brown reached the final by defeating La Salle 8-2; East Greenwich advanced with a 1-0 win over Barrington.

Lincoln entered the Division II tournament as the third seed and beat top-seeded Cumberland in the final. Lincoln's route included a 2-1 quarterfinal win over Classical and a 2-1 semifinal win over second-seeded South Kingstown.

Cumberland reached the championship game with a 3-2 semifinal win over Lincoln School of Providence. Lincoln High School and Lincoln School are separate teams in the bracket.
