Providence schedules Oct. 27 flu clinic at Vartan Gregorian school

A community flu-vaccination clinic is scheduled at Vartan Gregorian Elementary School in Providence on Tuesday, Oct. 27, from 3:30 to 6:30 p.m.

The Providence Public School District's clinic schedule lists the school's multipurpose room at 455 Wickenden St. as the location.

The clinic operator lists the session as a community clinic for people aged 3 and older. Its live registration form confirms the date, address, room and time. The district directs participants to the clinic registration page to register and find additional sites.

The registration page includes a vaccination consent form. Registration asks for patient information and consent.

The posted district schedule also lists a Nov. 4 clinic at Nathanael Greene Middle School, 721 Chalkstone Ave., from 3 to 6:30 p.m. That session is in the cafeteria.

Those dates provide two upcoming options after earlier October clinics at Young & Woods and DelSesto. The district calendar separately lists the Oct. 27 Gregorian session at the same time.

The next listed community clinic at Nathanael Greene also accepts people aged 3 and older, according to the operator's registration directory.
