Location
In preparation for the State Election, the City Clerk's Office will be cnducting an ADVANCE OPEN event for all Early Vote Ballots received on or before October 30, 2026. This event is open to the public and will be held in City Hall Hearing Room, 2nd floor. EV envelopes for precincts 1A, 1B, 2A, 2B, 3A, 3B, and 4A only will be opened. After opening, ballots will be placed in a sealed container to be opened on Election Day at the polling location and processed through the Optical Scanner. - Northampton MA 01060
