Bowl & Roll opened Thursday, Oct. 1, at 200 St. Paul St. in Burlington, in the former Magic Chopsticks space. Co-owner and chef Santosh Bhattarai and co-owner Neeraj Tiwari are behind it.
The fast-casual shop serves rice bowls and wraps drawing on South Asian, East Asian, and Mediterranean cooking. It is open daily for lunch and dinner. Seven Days said boba tea was coming soon.
