Organizations seeking funding to provide adult English-language and civics education in Vermont have until Nov. 23 to apply through the Agency of Education.
The grant process covers activities from Jan. 15, 2027, through June 30, 2028. The agency is seeking applications under Title II of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act.
The application process is directed at education providers, rather than adults looking to enroll in a class.
An optional online applicant workshop is scheduled for Nov. 2 from 10:30 a.m. to noon. The session repeats the Oct. 29 workshop; attendance is not required.
