Stowe arts festival runs through Sunday with cash-only gate tickets

The four-day festival runs Oct. 9-12, with long Saturday and Sunday hours at World War II Veterans Memorial Park.
The Oct. 10-12 fair opens its gates at 8 a.m. Admission covers stage shows, but carnival rides cost extra.
The free festival includes a Saturday beach bonfire, Sunday fireworks and Monday sand sculptures. The road race has a separate fee.
Railway Village Museum hosts the Oct. 10-11 event. Admission and train tickets are separate purchases.
