Danielle Ginnetti and Linda Minichino have opened Between Bread, a sandwich shop and cocktail bar, at 1008 Chapel St. in New Haven. The space was Copper Kitchen, and later Philly's A Taste of Philadelphia. Yale is the landlord.
Ginnetti previously opened 116 Crown and Meat & Co. A grand opening was set for a Thursday, from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.
