Rhode Island Governor-elect Helena Buonanno Foulkes has named her transition leadership staff and launched a website for residents to suggest changes and express interest in public service.

Caitlin Molina will serve as transition executive director, with RJ Kermes as deputy director, the team said in its Nov. 5 announcement. Jon Romano is senior adviser, Jon Carvalho is communications director, and Elisabeth Wales and Anthony Aquino are public-engagement liaisons.

The announcement says a full transition committee and leadership and staff to support the process will be named in the coming days.

The transition website offers separate ways to submit ideas and express interest in work with the incoming administration. It invites suggestions from residents, students, business owners, state employees and other community members, focusing on problems state government could address quickly.

People interested in a state agency, board or the governor's office can submit their experience and a resume.

Foulkes' team says the site will also carry plans and transition news as it prepares for the incoming administration.
