New Hampshire Housing's board approved financing commitments on Sept. 25 for The Muse, a plan for 80 apartments at 20 Spencer Street in Lebanon.
The plan calls for redevelopment of 20 Spencer Street, a former city property downtown. Lebanon project records identify The Muse Lebanon, LLC and list Stephen and Jake Tamposi in proposal materials.
The board approved up to $16.5 million in tax-exempt bond financing, $4.394 million in HOME funds and $1.5 million in Housing Trust Fund resources. The agency said the development will serve several income levels and include 20 project-based rental vouchers administered by the Lebanon Housing Authority.
The financing announcement did not give a construction-start date.
