Judge gives preliminary approval to NH in-home care settlement

UVM Health announces net reduction of 144 positions

The system, which operates in Vermont and northern New York, announced a net reduction of 144 full-time-equivalent positions after adding 55 roles. The figures are not a count of people laid off.
