Providence Place plans a holiday edition of the RI Small Business Village from Nov. 13 through Jan. 3, 2027, bringing a collection of Rhode Island retailers to one space inside the mall.

The mall's event listing advertises more than 50 small businesses and places the market on Level 1 across from Apple. Providence Place is at One Providence Place in downtown Providence.

The holiday dates are separate from the original summer market, which opened June 17 and was scheduled to run through Aug. 30. In its summer launch announcement, sponsor Centreville Bank described a partnership with Skills for Rhode Island's Future intended to give local entrepreneurs access to more customers.

That earlier edition included handcrafted goods, specialty foods, clothing, jewelry and wellness products. The mall's listing does not name the participating businesses, so shoppers looking for a particular maker should check with Providence Place before planning a visit.
