Portland Farmers' Market has shifted its November opening time to 8 a.m., with outdoor markets continuing on Wednesdays and Saturdays in Deering Oaks Park through Nov. 25.
The market association's current schedule lists closing time as 1 p.m. The later November start replaces the outdoor season's usual 7 a.m. opening.
The indoor winter market begins Dec. 5 at 631 Stevens Ave. It is scheduled for Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. through April 10, 2027, with no market on Dec. 26.
The association also says its Maine Harvest Bucks match has returned to 100% for shoppers using SNAP food benefits. Bonus tokens can be used for fruits, vegetables and food-bearing plants. Shoppers can ask at the market information booth how the match works.
